This department develops and publishes The SEGa Times every two months and issues periodic news releases pertaining to the SEGa RDC and various events throughout the region.

     It also designs publications and visual presentations for the RDC and its divisions, and maintains the web site.  In addition, technical assistance is provided to local governments in graphic design, publishing, and other public relations areas.
